God Is Calling Us to Expand
Since Eden's Table began, our mission has been simple: feed the hungry, serve our neighbors, and share the love of Jesus Christ.
As we continue serving families throughout Palm Beach County, God is opening new opportunities to reach people who cannot easily access our pantry. To answer that call, we're launching a three-phase initiative to make Eden's Table mobile.
Our physical food pantry will remain at the heart of our ministry. This initiative expands our reach by allowing us to rescue more food, serve more families, partner with more organizations, and respond to needs throughout our community and beyond.
Our Three-Phase Vision
Phase 1 – Mobilize the Pantry
Goal: $25,000
Our first priority is purchasing and equipping a reliable box truck.
This investment will allow us to:
Secure a reliable vehicle for community distribution.
Rescue larger quantities of donated food.
Support local churches, schools, and nonprofits.
Respond immediately to emergency food needs.
Establish the foundation for ongoing mobile operations.
Once Phase 1 is complete, Eden's Table will officially become a mobile food pantry.
Phase 2 – Equip & Sustain
Goal: $25,000
With a truck in service, we'll focus on expanding our ability to serve.
Funding will help provide:
Vehicle wrapping and custom branding.
Fuel, routine maintenance, and safety gear.
Refrigeration, storage, and delivery shelving updates.
Additional food purchasing to keep shelves stocked.
Operational tools to ensure safe, daily delivery.
This phase allows us to serve significantly more families without outgrowing our current operations.
Phase 3 – Expand Staff & Reach
Goal: $50,000
Phase 3 focuses on funding full-time staff operations to 2-3x our monthly events and ensure long-term sustainability.
Funding will support:
Dedicated staff to lead and scale operations.
Expanded monthly distribution schedules.
Increase outreach and community partnerships.
Emergency response readiness.
Growth into neighboring counties.
Our long-term vision is to create a model that can one day be replicated in other counties and states, even nations, bringing hope and practical support wherever it's needed.
Total Goal: $100,000
Phase 1 – Mobilize the Pantry: $25,000

Phase 3 – Expand Staff & Reach: $50,000

The financial allocations within each phase are estimates and may be adjusted as ministry needs and opportunities arise.
Why We're Doing This
A truck isn't the goal.
People are.
Every dollar given helps us deliver food to more families, rescue more donated food from going to waste, strengthen partnerships with local organizations, and share the love and hope of Jesus Christ with those who need it most.
Together, we're not just purchasing equipment, we're expanding God's work through Eden's Table.
Campaign Terms
Gifts designated for the Mobilize the Pantry Campaign will be used to support this initiative and its three phases. Funds may be allocated where they are most needed within the campaign to maximize ministry impact.
If campaign funding exceeds the amount needed for a specific phase, remaining funds will be applied toward the next phase of the campaign.
If you'd like to support Eden's Table's ongoing pantry operations, benevolence, and general ministry expenses, please consider making a gift through our General Fund.
In addition, a percentage of donations made to Eden's Table's general fund are invested into this campaign to help expand our mission.
