Become an Advocate for Eden’s Table

An Eden’s Table Advocate is a volunteer who helps us with local outreach by representing our mission at community events, churches, and local venues.

Eden’s Table exists to serve our community with compassion, dignity and hope. We provide food to families and individuals in need while also sharing hope, prayer, and the love of Christ. Advocates help us clearly and faithfully communicate that mission to others.

What Advocates Do

As a volunteer Advocate, you may:

• Represent Eden’s Table at local events, pop-ups, and community venues

• Share who we are, what we do, and why we serve

• Help people understand how to get help, volunteer, or support the pantry

• Answer basic questions about our food delivery and outreach programs

Advocates are not paid staff and are not expected to fundraise.

Advocate Requirement

Before serving as an Advocate, we require:

Completion of 5 food deliveries with Eden’s Table

This ensures every Advocate:

• Has firsthand experience serving families

• Understands our delivery process and standards

• Can speak honestly and accurately about the work being done

Serving comes before representing.

Why Advocacy Matters

Many people in our community are unaware that:

• Local families are struggling with food insecurity

• Eden’s Table delivers food directly to those in need

• We are a Christian ministry serving both physical and spiritual needs

Advocates help bring awareness, build trust, and create connections that allow us to serve more people.
