Why Volunteer to Deliver?
Majority of those who turn to food pantries are in desperate need. They don’t come because they want to but because they have to. While we see it as bravery most individuals who need food assistance struggle with embarrassment or insecurity.
This lead to many not taking the steps to walk into a food pantry. This is where Eden’s Table comes in with the help of YOU.
You can remove those barriers and bring the food to those who need it most. Not only giving them food but hope.
How Does It Work?
We will place you in our contact list based on demand and frequency you’d like to serve and we contact you when a need arises.
We’d love to give every volunteer 24hrs notice but that is not always the case. Some individuals and families may contact with a faster urgency. We build our volunteer list to remain flexible.
Once a need is confirmed we will put together the order and contact the volunteer. We operate on a first hand raised basis.
